Senior Marketing Executive - Corporate Training & Partnerships

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the growth and position of our training academy.
Reporting directly to the Academy Director, you will drive integrated marketing, digital communications, branding, learner engagement and employer/industry engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives aligned with the Academy's brand and business objectives.
•
Plan and create engaging content across social media, website, email, newsletters and marketing collateral.
•
Strengthening learner engagement and employer communications through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
•
Support the development of employer and industry partnerships through effective communications and stakeholder engagement.
•
Develop and manage the Academy's employer newsletter and other stakeholder communications.
•
Support events, industry engagements, networking initiatives and outreach activities.
•
Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver quality, on-brand marketing assets and campaigns.
•
Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
•
Maintain consistency in brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across channels.
•
The role will also contribute to enhancing the learner experience and presentation of our training programmes, including supporting the review and revamp of curriculum content and learning materials to make programmes more interactive, engaging, practical and audience centric.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware and creative marketer who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful campaigns and communications.
You should have:

A creative and audience-centric approach to content and storytelling.
•
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content development.
•
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
•
Confidence working with technology and an interest in AI-enabled marketing and content creation.
•
Initiative, ownership and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
•
5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, corporate communications, content development or a related field.
•
Proven experience developing and executing marketing or communications campaigns, preferably with measurable results.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar platforms.
•
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
•
Experience with social media, content management, analytics or CRM platforms is an advantage.
•
Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, marketing or workflow optimisation is an advantage.
This is not a high-volume production role. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, creativity, stakeholder engagement and hands-on execution to strengthen the Academy's brand, learner engagement and corporate partnerships.
