As a Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee , you will:
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Work with the team to achieve campaign and sales goals.
- Maintain a professional and positive image when representing client brands.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to develop marketing, sales, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply.
