We are hiring Service Crew who will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As a Service Crew, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations — you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked. (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Inform customers about the specials of the day.
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and process bills accurately.
- Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating floor plan.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods.
- Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with both FOH & BOH team members.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about people and hospitality
- Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
- Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays
- Prior F&B experience is a must.
