About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Pre-Sales Manager (IT) to lead solution design, technical presentations, and proposal development.
- This role bridges technical expertise with business strategy, ensuring our IT solutions meet client needs while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
- Prepare and present RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility.
- Manage and mentor pre-sales consultants/engineers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or IT business development.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
