QUALITY CHECKER (SHORT TERM)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- To verify description & quantity of raw material / packing material to ensure they tally with that in documents.
- To perform visual inspection & measurement.
- Randomly select from each lot of raw materials for inspection.
- For visual defects & raw materials defective, perform incoming inspection using AQL = 0.65%, record result in the incoming inspection record.
- Fill up incoming inspection record.
- Update all the raw materials detail based on the standard requirement.
- Record the defects found & overall result of the inspection.
- To ensure the goods met the specification, affix' reject' label & to notify QA of Nonconforming product (NCR Report) for further action & feedback to supplier.
- Responsible to update daily delivery in the Ensil GSQA System.
- Any other adhoc activities assigned by department head.
