Role Overview

As a Customer Service Intern , you will be the front-line ambassador for BUZUD. You will gain hands-on experience in omnichannel customer support, patient-facing consultations, product troubleshooting, and service operations. You'll work closely with our showroom and support teams to deliver empathetic, high-touch support to customers ranging from elderly individuals managing chronic conditions to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Customer Support: Assist in managing incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, live chat, and email regarding product features, order status, and warranty coverage.

• Showroom Consultation & Walk-ins: Welcome walk-in customers at our showroom, demonstrate how to use smart health devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators), and address basic technical or usage questions.

• Troubleshooting & Technical Guidance: Help guide non-technical customers through device setup, mobile app pairing (iOS/Android), and basic troubleshooting.

• Issue Escalation & Log Management: Document customer issues, feedback, and return/replacement requests accurately in the CRM system escalate technical or product defect reports to the quality and technical teams.

• Order Status Tracking: Coordinate with the logistics team to update customers on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and exchanges.

• Customer Feedback & Insights: Collate customer feedback and recurring complaints to help the customer experience team improve product user manuals and support workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Studies, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and professional written and verbal communication in English. Conversational fluency in Mandarin or local dialects is a strong plus to assist non-English speaking elderly walk-ins.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Patient, polite, and comfortable guiding customers through device operation with care and detail.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning to use smart health apps, basic diagnostic software, and internal CRM tools.

• Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and messaging tools (WhatsApp Business, Zendesk, or similar support platforms).
