Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SMB business teams to drive financial performance and business growth
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models and evaluate business cases
- Provide strategic financial insights for pricing, promotions, and new business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability and operational performance
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering .
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
- Proficient in Excel; SAP/Cognos experience is an advantage
