Position: Financial Services Consultant/Manager
Role Overview
This is a client-facing, front-office role focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored banking, wealth management, and financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable banking, investment, and wealth management solutions.
- Acquire new clients through networking and business development activities.
- Deliver excellent client servicing and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and portfolio discussions.
- Stay updated on market trends and financial products.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of clients while providing professional financial advice.
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates and mid-career professionals are welcome to apply.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
