HR Operations & Payroll Specialist HCK

Full-Time | Healthcare Industry

We are seeking a meticulous, hands-on, and detail-oriented HR professional to support the Compensation & Benefits function within a fast-paced private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.

. Prepare payroll reports and payroll summaries for Finance.

. Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

. Compute final salary payments, salary adjustments, and new-hire salary computations.

. Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.

. Administer employee benefits and claims, including WICA, maternity-related claims, and leave administration.

. Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records in the HR system.

. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll and employee benefits matters.

. Handle and respond to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.

. Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll and Compensation & Benefits .

. Good knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.

. Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

. Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
