Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural and fit-out works to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality standards, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate inspections for architectural works and ensure all quality control procedures are completed according to project requirements.
- Review construction schedules, work sequences, and method statements for architectural activities.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support daily site operations.
- Identify drawing inconsistencies or technical issues, and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) where clarification is required.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination matters.
- Support the project team in addressing site challenges to minimise delays and maintain construction progress.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and project specifications.
- Experience delivering at least one completed building project from construction through completion.
- Familiarity with architectural finishing works, quality inspections, and site coordination processes will be advantageous.
