Senior TCM Physician, Perennial Living

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the TCM Practice, formulate strategy and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated holistic care.
- Assess patients' health conditions, develop individualized care plans and provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and tuina therapy.
- Enhance TCM standards and work closely with Clinical Ops to manage the day-to-day operations TCM principles.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in TCM practices and research in China, Singapore and other relevant countries.
- Support clinic activities, including health talks and community outreach programs.
- Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirement.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Masters and PHD preferred) and registered with Singapore TCM Board.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual is essential to support effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
