Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium hair salon and ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for salon operations, staff management, customer experience, business performance and operational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hair salon and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate salon staff and daily schedules.
- Monitor staff performance, service standards and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience.
- Monitor sales performance, service revenue and operational targets.
- Support staff training, development and performance management.
- Manage inventory, product usage and stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure adequate salon supplies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Assist in developing marketing and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and salon operating standards.
- Analyse business performance and recommend improvements to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in salon, beauty, retail or service operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing daily business operations and staff.
- Good understanding of customer service and sales performance.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Experience in the hair and beauty industry will be an advantage.
