Brand Ambassador (Automotive Showroom)
Location: Tampines
12-Month Contract
Up to $2800 + 1 Month Completion Bonus + OT Payable
Working Hours
Retail mall operating hours (5-day work week, 2 off days on weekdays):
- Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 7:30pm
- Sat – Sun: 9:30am – 6:30pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm (shift rotation)
Job Scope
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors professionally
- Deliver a strong brand experience aligned with showroom standards
- Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle display, and cleanliness
- Proactively engage customers and identify needs
- Capture and update customer leads in CRM accurately
- Support promotional campaigns, social media content, and marketing activities
- Assist with daily operations including admin and cashiering duties when required
- Manage promotional materials and showroom inventory
- Collect and report customer feedback to management
- Participate in training, events, roadshows, and ad-hoc assignments
