Corporate Services & Admin Executive (Medical Aesthetic)

ClearSK® Healthcare operates a group of medical aesthetic clinics in Singapore, with regional operations in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.
We are looking for a Corporate Services & Admin Executive who enjoys organizing, coordinating and supporting day-to-day business activities. This role suits someone who likes a mix of office administration and hands-on operations work, and who wants exposure across corporate, business support and HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide corporate and office administrative support, including preparing business reports, tracking deadlines and maintaining organized records and filing systems
- Prepare internal memorandums and assist with business correspondence
- Process staff claims and support the execution of HR-related administrative processes
- Support day-to-day business and operations (scheduling, coordination, tracking follow-ups, clinic and office supplies control)
- Maintain proper documentation to meet applicable legal and government requirements, and support audits or internal reviews when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / A-Level / Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills, to correspond with our China counterparts when required
- Organized, meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks
- Willing to be hands-on with operations and support different teams when needed
- Experience in administrative, office support or coordination roles will be an advantage. Applicants with or without prior experience are welcome.

SALARY AND KEY BENEFITS
- Salary range: SGD $3500 to $5000 per month, based on relevant experience and educational qualifications

- Employee privileges on eligible medical aesthetic and wellness treatments, subject to company policy, with benefits of up to S$6,000 per annum for eligible full-time employees
- Office location near MRT stations
