Job Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable: verify invoices, three-way match, run payments
- Report daily cash flow and forecasts; flag major movements to the Finance Manager
- Post and reconcile AP journals; keep support and documentation
- Manage AP month-end/year-end close (accruals, vendor recs, cut-off)
- Ensure compliance: company policy, Singapore GST, statutory rules (Section 45 Withholding Tax)
- Prepare audit schedules; liaise with internal/external auditors
- Improve AP processes: find gaps and fix turnaround and accuracy
- Work with procurement, PM, and ops toresolve invoice issues
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in accounts payable or related finance roles; understand the full AP cycle
- Singapore GST knowledge — identify claimable input tax and ensure invoice compliance
- Accurate and deadline-driven — you get the numbers right
- Able to work effectively with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders at all levels
