Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models for cardiac CT image analysis.
- Work with frameworks such as PyTorch to implement and optimize AI algorithms.
- Support data preprocessing, annotation, and preparation for model training.
- Contribute to integration of AI models into MedClarity’s software systems.
- Document workflows, experiments, and findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, software engineers, and regulatory specialists.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
- Programming experience with Python (C++ is a plus). Hands-on experience with PyTorch.
- Familiarity with machine learning or deep learning concepts (coursework or project experience).
- Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with human anatomy, image processing techniques, and medical imaging modalities (a plus).
- Exposure to federated learning, explainable AI, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, CE) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a bonus.
