Financial Analyst (FP&A and Audit Background) - East

- Analyse monthly financial results, articulate the key performance drivers and provide commentary on variances against budget and forecast
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles in collaboration with business teams, ensuring assumptions are well-founded and aligned
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and cost efficiency
- Develop financial models and business case analyses to support investment and strategic initiatives
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals for returns and cost effectiveness, and monitor the realisation of expected benefits
- Prepare management and group reporting packs, including periodic forecasts
- Support finance process reviews and internal control enhancements
- Provide finance and risk perspectives on commercial and contractual matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, financial analysis or accounting
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely
