SEA Commercial Education Manager, EndoMech / Energy

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Commercial Education Manager to lead Southeast Asian deployment of surgical technology training programs for EndoMech and Energy platforms. The role translates global strategy into market-specific execution, managing curriculum localization, trainer networks, product launches, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate global learning roadmaps into detailed SEA market deployment plans with timelines and resources
• Localize EndoMech and Energy curricula for SEA markets including language, clinical practice and regulatory adaptation
• Build and sustain certified trainer networks with quality assurance and coaching across markets
• Own learning deliverables for product launches including trainer deployment and certification goals
• Define and track program KPIs and optimize budgets through digital scaling and vendor management

Requirements

• Experience designing and deploying commercial education or sales enablement programs across multiple markets
• Demonstrated ability to localize training content for different regulatory and clinical contexts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience building and managing trainer networks or facilitator communities
• Project management expertise with ability to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Fluency in English; regional language capabilities preferred
