Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing the pop-up inventory, cleaning the store environment, displaying and selling jade jewelry, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, and wholeheartedly improving your jewelry knowledge to provide excellent customer service and achieve your own sales goals. If you are interested in managing social media accounts, you are also welcome to join and provide your own original content creation.
Responsibilities
- Language requires: English / Mandarin / Malay (Customer service requires these 3 basic language skills.)
- Assist and manage administrative tasks as directed by the Direct Manager to support smooth store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
- Explain features and benefits of jewelry pieces to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally to maintain positive customer relations
- Organize, clean, and maintain visually appealing jewelry display areas to enhance the shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using NETS, Credit Card, PayNow, and cash payment methods
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth interactions
- Demonstrate an open-minded and positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment
- Apply detail-oriented and organizational skills to maintain store order and inventory accuracy
- Learn and apply basic knowledge of gemstones and metals to support customer education and product handling
- Understand product pricing, creative styling, and promotions to confidently assist customers
- Handle jewelry and gemstones with care to prevent damage and maintain quality
- Process sales inquiries and orders across all sales platforms efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping to uphold brand standards
- Keep accurate stock inventory records to support replenishment and sales tracking
- Strive to maximize sales by achieving set sales targets and goals
- Develop personal performance value through continuous learning and improvement
- Manage social media accounts by creating and posting original copywriting content to engage audiences
