Tiling Works Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate tiling works at various construction project sites.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate duties to tiling workers.
- Read drawings, measurements and specifications before commencing work.
- Inspect surface preparation, tile alignment, levels, spacing and finishing quality.
- Calculate tile quantities and monitor the usage of materials.
- Coordinate with project managers, main contractors and other trades.
- Ensure that works are completed according to project schedules and quality requirements.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct toolbox briefings.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to management.
- Perform hands-on tiling work when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tiling or construction works.
- Experience supervising tiling workers and coordinating site activities.
- Able to read construction drawings and take site measurements.
- Knowledge of different tiles, adhesives, waterproofing and installation methods.
- Able to work at different project sites in Singapore.
- Able to work independently and under tight project schedules.
