ACCOUNT CUM ADMN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing and data entry.
- Maintained and organized departmental records, documents, and databases.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
- Assist in the data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
- Assist HR salary payroll.
- Prepare monthly payments to suppliers.
Prerequisites:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sheets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

2 Yishun Industrial Street 1 North Point Bizhub Singapore 768159
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00am -1:00pm
