Require an Regional Account Lead (RAL) in Singapore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning: Developing multi-year regional account plans aligned with global objectives and local market nuances.
Relationship Management: Acting as the senior point of contact for regional stakeholders to drive satisfaction and foster high-level partnerships.
Growth & Optimization: Identifying organic growth opportunities and driving the adoption of automated channels like Spotify Ad Exchange (SAX) and Spotify Ads Manager (SAM).
Operational Excellence: Standardizing reporting frameworks across JAPAC to provide global stakeholders with consolidated visibility.
Performance Oversight: Managing revenue forecasting, resource allocation, SLAs, and profitability monitoring.
Cultural Innovation: Partnering cross-functionally to deploy high-impact executions such as Wrapped integrations, F1 partnerships, and Podcast sponsorships.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in account management, with a track record of leading regional or multi-market accounts.
Market Knowledge: Deep experience across diverse JAPAC markets with the ability to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
Leadership Style: Comfortable in a global matrixed organization with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Commercial Acumen: Strong judgment in forecasting, negotiation, and revenue planning.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in using data and insights to shape strategy and influence business decisions.
Mindset: A collaborative, "one-team" mentality with a curiosity for evolving ad technologies and automation.
