We are looking for an effective team player with a passion in gelato making to fill the role of Production Assistant Manager (Gelato).
Your roles & responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily gelato production and staff operations
- Manage production planning, equipment maintenance and inventory movement
- Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborated with management and other team members to improve and ensure efficient production processes to meet production targets
- Train and supervise production team members
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year experience in gelato making
- Possess positive work attitude and leadership qualities; able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
