Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager to support and lead electrical works for infrastructure projects in Singapore, including LTA-related developments.
This role is ideal for candidates with infrastructure project experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into a managerial role , while gaining exposure to authority coordination and large-scale project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage electrical works for LTA infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, submission requirements, and project standards .
- Coordinate with LTA officers, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors .
- Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Oversee installation, testing & commissioning, and system integration.
- Monitor site progress, manpower planning, and execution.
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material delivery.
- Support variation orders (VO), claims, and project reporting.
- Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings.
- Ensure adherence to WSH safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Having 5–8 years of electrical project experience in Singapore .
- Mandatory experience in LTA projects (MRT / Rail / Road / Tunnel).
- Hands-on involvement in LTA submissions, coordination, or site execution .
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Familiar with testing & commissioning for infrastructure systems.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
