Administration Manager

The Administrative Manager will oversee the school's administrative operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support business growth, manage operational processes, and coordinate with overseas partners, particularly in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the school and ensure efficient office management.
- Develop, review, and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), ICA, EduTrust, and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate student admissions, enrolment, and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with local and overseas education partners regarding student recruitment and academic collaborations.
- Plan and coordinate international recruitment activities and business development initiatives.
- Travel to China periodically to:
- Meet with recruitment agents and institutional partners.
- Conduct partner training and briefing sessions.
- Participate in education fairs and recruitment events.
- Establish new partnerships and strengthen existing collaborations.
- Monitor the performance of overseas recruitment agents.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and management presentations.
- Supervise administrative staff and oversee staff training and performance.
- Assist the management team in strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant managerial or administrative experience, preferably within the education, training, or service industry.
- Experience in managing regulatory compliance and administrative operations.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel overseas, particularly to China, for business development and partnership management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore.
- Familiarity with SSG, ICA, EduTrust, and student administration processes.
- Experience in international student recruitment or education partnerships.
- Knowledge of Chinese business culture and education market.
