Summary:
Julian Grey’s client is an established engineering company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee electrical and M&E construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within the required schedule, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage the design and coordination of electrical and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress claims, material submissions, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Identify project risks and site issues, implementing timely solutions to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant project management experience in electrical and M&E construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination and site management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
