- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administrative functions:
- Preparation, follow up on the confirmation of the quotations & processing of sales orders for quotations
- Distribution of work orders to various department and scanning / archiving to sales files
- Application of communication link & assist in collecting down payment (when required)
- Assist to prepare Security Design on floor plan based on customer requirement (when required)
- Circulate maintenance contract to individual executive twice a year and reminder during weekly sales meeting
- To expedite PO from customers whenever needed
- To handle vendor approval form or customer digital portal setup
- To prepare the sales performance report for submission
- To compile monthly sales quotation summary report
- To circulate notifications / news
- To contact customer to build rapport and gather feedback
- To prepare service agreement for system commissioning
Credit control functions:
- Credit Control – to chase for and follow up on the status of payment from customers
Sales & Customer Service related duties and task:
- To collect & share useful market information collected from external parties. E.g. Competitors / Industry information
- To participate in marketing and/ or new business development activities as assigned by the Manager
- To participate in all customer rapport program organized by the Customer Service team
- To provide customer service & to manage customer relations for assigned customers including customer visits
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Office Administration with minimum 1 to 2 years' working experience
