Job Description & Requirements
Coordination and Customer Service
- Respond to questions about parts and services from both domestic and foreign clients, making sure to provide accurate and timely answers. Resource planning and execution.
- Work together with the Sales Team and Agents to create and carry out aftersales strategies aimed at current and prospective clients.
- Assist departments in assessing the technical and service needs of different projects.
- Check the parts' technical suitability to make sure they adhere to the necessary fit, form, and function requirements.
- Keep an eye on ongoing tasks to guaranty timely completion.
- Product warranty administration
Qualifications:
- Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
- Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
