About the role
Support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia and China. This role will assist in driving digital projects that improve customer experience, internal operations, and digital product offerings.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of digital projects, including but not limited to platform development, digital tools deployment, and internal process digitization.
Provide day-to-day support for internal digital platforms, assisting users in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth system usage.
Assist in training and communication related to digital tools and platforms to internal teams.
Act as administrator for selected internal digital platforms, including user management, configuration updates, and content maintenance.
Independently execute small-scale digital projects or workstreams, with guidance from senior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional affiliates to understand local needs, gather business requirements, and align on digital solutions.
Translate business needs and requirements into structured specifications, acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams to support solution development and implementation.
Track and report on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Monitor trends and innovations in digital technology and assess potential applications for the business.
About you
Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in digital project coordination, business requirement gathering, e-commerce platforms, or digital business operations
Passion for digital innovation, emerging technologies, and user-centered design, with a strong understanding of digital platforms (e.g. web, mobile, AI, analytics tools)
Strong ability to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and communicate requirements in a structured and clear manner
Basic understanding of business processes, with the ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities
Proficiency in an additional language (e.g. Mandarin) is an advantage, supporting collaboration across Southeast Asia and China
Willingness to travel occasionally for project coordination, workshops, field studies, or stakeholder meetings
Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project scopes or business needs
