⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder outreach and engagement through emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with stakeholders on required information and submissions.
- Attend to general enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public.
- Assist with processing, verifying and organising information and records.
- Maintain and update records, trackers and databases accurately.
- Assist in collating and consolidating data for reporting and monitoring.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging external stakeholders through phone calls and emails.
- Meticulous, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
