Job Summary
The Frontend Developer sustains the client-side user interface of MIDS, ensuring usability, stability, and operational continuity by resolving UI defects and refining usability based on operational feedback, while preventing unintended scope expansion.
Responsibilities
- Resolve UI-related defects to improve client usability and support operational workflows effectively
- Address usability issues identified through operational feedback to enhance user experience
- Implement minor interface adjustments to maintain smooth ongoing operations
- Ensure frontend changes maintain stability, responsiveness, and consistency with existing workflows
- Prevent regression and scope creep during sustainment changes to safeguard system integrity
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience maintaining and sustaining frontend applications in production environments
- Strong understanding of UI stability, responsiveness, and usability in operational systems
- Ability to debug and resolve frontend defects under time-sensitive conditions
- Experience working within strict scope and change control constraints
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and obtain required security clearance for RSAF operational systems access
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with operational or mission-critical systems
