About the role
Clean Now Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise efficiency
- Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to the cleaning team to develop their skills and knowledge
- Respond to and resolve any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our clients
- Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction
