Position Overview
We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- • Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- • Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- • Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
- • Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- • Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- • Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
- • Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards (BCA BIM e-submission, LOD requirements, etc.).
- Familiarity with other BIM-related software (SketchUp, Dynamo, etc.) will be an advantage.
