Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support for accounts, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests
- Build strong long-term relationships with key clients through daily communication and proactive follow-ups
- Monitor client activity and engagement closely, and take ownership of key account retention results
- Conduct regular online interviews / check-ins with key clients to gather feedback and uncover needs
- Summarize client insights into actionable recommendations and propose product optimization ideas
Required Skills
- Fluent in English as a working language (spoken and written)
- Bonus if you speak Hindi / Urdu / Tamil / Punjabi or other regional languages
- Strong communication skills and client service mindset; capable of handling high-touch key account relationships
- Outgoing, proactive, and highly self-motivated, with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
- Experience in live streaming / social platforms / creator economy is a plus
