How you will create an impact:
- Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e., pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth topics
- Work across different industries, e.g., B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client’s commercial problem
- Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client’s problems and give recommendations
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the Singapore office
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of consulting experience in top tiers would be ideal
- Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is required
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using a structured, top-down approach
- Prior experience supporting or engaging with international clients would be advantageous
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Korean would be a strong advantage to effectively communicate and collaborate with our Korean clients and prospects
- Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively
- Enthusiasm for working in teams
- Customer-oriented thinking
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales
