Roles & Responsibilities- Transaction Processing: Scanning items, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering queries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Accuracy & Safety: Maintaining accuracy in cash flow, reporting, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Operational Support: Assisting with store cleanliness and sometimes upselling products.
