CandidateRequirements
- Experience in outbound telesales , customer engagement, and upselling products.
- Confident in handling customer objections and rejections.
- Role involves 90–95% outbound calls and 5–10% inbound calls .
- Candidates will be assigned leads and are expected to convert them into sales.
- Sales-driven individuals with a proven track record in meeting targets are preferred.
- Experience selling financial products will be an advantage.

Training
- Comprehensive training on the systems and products will be provided.
- Product training duration: 1 week
- The following week: on the job training by doing hands on role play to see how well they pick up product and system knowledge
