IT Analyst (GMP Systems & Technology Support)

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in GMP-regulated environments Join a dynamic technology team where you'll play a key role in supporting and implementing critical IT systems that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform change control impact assessments for IT systems.
- Support Operational Technology (OT) network implementation.
- Coordinate server implementation where required.
- Configure and deploy validated workstation images in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Perform system cloning, restoration, and backup implementation.
- Configure user accounts, local administrator access, and system permissions.
- Set up network connectivity, cloud storage, and OneDrive mapping.
- Implement Acronis backup solutions.
- Support IT systems while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GMP-related systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant IT systems and validation practices.
- Experience with system configuration, deployment, and infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with OT environments and regulated IT operations is advantageous.
- Experience supporting QC or analytical laboratory systems (e.g. TOC Analyzer or MALDI systems) will be an added advantage.
