- Assist in overseeing daily club operations to ensure a consistently high level of service and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of all club areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and proper functioning of facilities.
Welcome, acknowledge, and attend to guests professionally in accordance with service standards.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages based on guests' preferences.
Handle administrative duties including stock ordering, staff rostering, billing, daily operational reports, and staff duty assignments.
Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth coordination of daily operations.
Assist in resolving guest enquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.
