Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)
Location: Woodlands & Bendemeer
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
- Coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding process.
- Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, background screening, and document collection.
- Prepare employment agreements, amendment letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and organisational records in HR systems.
- Process HR transactions and service requests accurately and within the required timelines.
- Respond to HR enquiries received through email, calls, and internal service platforms.
- Coordinate mobility-related administrative matters, including travel reimbursements.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and other HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Update standard operating procedures and contribute to the HR knowledge base.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and escalate issues when necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, HR shared services, or a related HR support role.
- Experience in interview coordination, onboarding, employment documentation, or employee record management.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Paradox, or other HR systems is an advantage, but not essential.
