Position: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Experience in tendering, cost estimation, budgeting, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and regulations.
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
Candidates with relevant local construction experience will have an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage project costs and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and assess variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
Review subcontractor claims and payment applications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams on contractual and cost-related matters.
Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and cost reporting.
