Responsibilities- Conduct consultative financial needs analysis sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support the development and management of client relationships through regular engagement, market updates, and product information.
- Introduce and promote a range of banking and wealth management solutions, including investments, bancassurance, and loans.
- Assist in delivering personalized financial strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles and objectives.
- Participate in branch initiatives, client engagement activities, and business development efforts
Requirements
- Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 1 Year of Banking related sales or wealth management related roles
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
