Assistant/ Digital Marketing Manager (Listed Property Developer)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic growth.
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across variousonline channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid media.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance keyword research,content performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing insights.
• Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and user behaviour toidentify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure digital assets are aligned with SEO best practices and audience engagement goals.
• Support market-specific digital marketing activities across multiple countries, adapting strategies to suit local audiences and business objectives.
• Track industry developments, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure digital marketing initiatives support overall business growth and brand objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or performance marketing with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools, web analytics platforms, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
• Prior exposure to property, real estate, investment holding, or related industries will be advantageous.
