Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support professionally
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding orders and deliveries
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and system updates
- Monitor shipment or order status and provide timely updates to customers
- Support issue resolution and ensure smooth communication between departments
- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
Requirements
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and communication skills
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
