Job Description
- Provide good customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to customer needs professionally.
- Support smooth outlet operations by handling cashier duties, replenishing items, assisting with food preparation and following company SOP.
- Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, service stations and common areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Perform outlet opening and closing duties includes sweeping & mopping of floor.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Outlet In-Charge.
Job Requirements
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage.
- Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification preferred.
- Experience using a POS system.
- Able to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
