Senior / Staff Nurse
Lions Home For The Elders
Responsibilities:
- Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents in Lions Home.
- Assist Nurse Manager in providing leadership management.
- Assist Nurse Manager in supervising junior healthcare staff (Healthcare Assts / Nursing Aides)
- Implement established nursing policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of care.
- Provide interprofessional collaborative team approach.
- To monitor and report on nursing practices and assist in implementing necessary changes in consultation with Director of Nursing.
- To attend regulary nursing management meeting.
- To ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan are carried out.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and cheerful disposition.
- Able to perform shift duties.
