Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible individual to support daily operations at our tuition centre by preparing and photocopying lessons' materials, managing parent enquiries, assisting with student registration, and creating promotional posters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and photocopy teachers' materials and students' worksheets to ensure timely lesson delivery
- Respond promptly to parent enquiries via WhatsApp and phone to provide clear and accurate information
- Assist with student registration processes to facilitate smooth and efficient enrolment
- Design engaging posters using Canva to support marketing and communication efforts
- Support social media posting to enhance the centre’s online presence
Required competencies and certifications
- Communicate effectively in English to support clear communication with parents
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a diploma or higher qualification
Other Information
Working Hours:
- 2 days per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3.45pm–8.45pm
- Friday: 3pm–8.45pm (must work)
- Saturday: 12pm–4.30pm (time can be discussed)
