The Human Resource & Admin Executive plays a critical role in helping the school to remain an employer of choice. Key areas of support include the school’s human resource operations and administrative functions.
Description:
- Provide good administrative and operational support in HR Management with primary focus on full-cycle recruitment, leave management and staff training management.
- Good standards of delivery of HR services.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records and analyse data for reporting.
- Provide admin support for school functions.
Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and general administration.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with high level of professionalism.
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good IT skills and MS tools knowledge (E.g. Google doc, MS office applications - v-lookup, mail merge, powerpoint and etc).
- Knowledge of SAGE HR System would be an advantage.
