Responsibilities
Provide professional physiotherapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and home care patients.
Assess, develop, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation and discharge plans.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, family meetings, and rehabilitation planning.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and safe care practices.
Ensure patient safety, comply with clinical guidelines, and report incidents or equipment issues.
Manage daily caseloads, billing, and supervise rehabilitation assistants.
Support outreach programmes, quality improvement initiatives, and statistical reporting.
Deliver staff training, supervise students, and participate in professional development, education, and research activities.
Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Registered with AHPC and holds a valid Practising Certificate.
Valid BCLS + AED certification.
2–3 years of physiotherapy experience, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or community/aged care setting.
Strong clinical assessment, rehabilitation planning, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy is an advantage.
