Manager/Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Job Purpose

Reporting to Enterprise IT, the candidate is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing IAM System, to formulate future IAM strategy and vision to align with the company governance.

The candidate will work with various systems owner to plan for integration to meet audit requirement. As a subject matter expert, the candidate needs to work with stakeholders including IT specialists, business units’ managers, business analysts, technical managers and engineers etc to enhance the identity process.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Lead in the IAM Project to analyse processes, policies, documentation and workflows. Develop gap analysis, identify and prioritize identity process improvements.

· Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting and system enhancements to the existing IAM System.

· Conduct comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the IAM System when necessary.

· Work with the infra team to implement OS hardening and remediation fixes for the IAM System.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

· Proficiency in ASP.NET C#, MVC, Web API, Angular, and SQL.

· Strong team player with positive attitude, exploratory mind-set, perseverance, lateral thinking, effective written and oral communication skills

· Comfortable in working with a wide variety of functional areas spanning technical and business domains
